Half-hearted cake
Overview
The three-hearted cake is my original name, three-hearted: eggs, sausages, and puff pastry. Second meaning: You can eat it Chinese-style with green onions, or you can eat it Western-style with salad dressing. My son and I were face to face, each enjoying our own delicious food.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix the dough with oil to make a puff pastry.
-
Mix the flour with warm water, roll it into a cake, wrap the pastry in it, pinch it tightly, and then roll it into a thin cake.
-
Heat the oil in the pan, put the cake on low heat, wait until the cake puffs up, cut it open with a knife, and add the ham and eggs.
-
Fry until golden brown on both sides and serve.
-
If you like to eat it rolled, add onion sauce and lettuce.
-
Then roll it up.
-
If you like to apply salad dressing, just cut it neatly, spread the dressing on it and eat it directly.
