Overview
My son usually likes to eat scrambled eggs, and noodles are naturally what children like to eat, so I made fried noodles because I wanted my son to enjoy eating them

Steps
-
Boil the water first
-
Put the noodles down and bring to a boil. When cooking, be careful not to overcook the noodles, otherwise they won’t taste good
-
Immediately pass the cooked noodles through a cold river to prevent them from overcooking
-
Break the eggs and beat them together, add an appropriate amount of salt and beat them together,
-
Use a frying pan to heat up the oil
-
When the pan is hot, add some eggs and balance the egg liquid to make the egg skin thinner. The egg skin needs to be fried thin to be delicious
-
Place the fried egg skin on the plate, then fry the second and third egg skin
-
Place the fried egg skins neatly on top of each other on the cutting board
-
Circle the egg skin
-
Cut into strips with a knife
-
After shredding, cut into small strips horizontally and place on a plate for later use
-
Start the oil pan
-
Put the noodles down and stir-fry. Remember to add an appropriate amount of salt when frying the noodles
-
Fry the noodles until the water is dry, put down the egg skin and stir-fry a few more times,
-
Then add the chopped green onion and fry for a few times. If you are not afraid of the heat, you can add some pepper and it will taste better
-
Once fried, put it on a plate and you'll have a delicious plate of egg-crusted fried noodles.
