Ice Flower Wonton
Overview
I love food, and I love this column even more. I don’t have a camera, so I just make do with taking some pictures with my mobile phone. Although the pictures are not perfect, the text descriptions can still be seen clearly. Neither my husband nor my son like to drink porridge at night, so if they occasionally cook some porridge, they always have to make up for it with some delicious pasta.

Steps
-
Pour a little salad oil into the electric baking pan, heat it over high and low heat, add wontons, close the lid, and fry the wontons until the bottom plate is slightly brown. While frying the wontons, add water to the starch (the starch water should be thinner), mix thoroughly and set aside.
-
When the wontons are fried on the bottom plate until golden brown, slowly pour a thin layer of starch water from the periphery until the gaps between the wontons are covered with starch water. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, pour some water, cover, and fry until the starch water bubbles and rises. Turn over with a shovel, fry for a while, and then it is ready.

Serve on a plate and serve as a great snack with porridge.
