Bread Pudding
Overview
There were two slices of toast left at home that were not eaten. It was a bit dry and hard, which affected the taste. I used it to make bread pudding, and the taste was immediately upgraded. It was very delicious.

Cut the toast into small pieces.

Bake in the oven at 180° for about 5 minutes until brown.

Wash the raisins and squeeze out the water.

Grease the container with butter.

Dip in a layer of sugar.

Add sugar to milk and heat over low heat until sugar melts.

Beat the eggs.

Place the baked toast pieces halfway into the container and sprinkle some raisins on top.

Let the milk cool and pour into the egg mixture.

Sift through pudding night.

Pour the sifted milk and egg liquid into the container 60% full, and press the toast pieces to absorb the milk liquid.

Top with remaining toast cubes and raisins.

Pour in remaining pudding liquid.

Put it in the oven, pour hot water of no less than 1 cm high into the baking pan, and bake at 180° for about 30 minutes.
