Sheep head, washed and prepared

Slice the lamb head meat and put the fatter ones separately

Heat the wok, add onion, ginger and aniseed and sauté until fragrant

Stir-fry the fatty meat together and add all the meat. I forgot to take pictures of all the meat in this step

Add the boiling water you prepared earlier and cook on high heat for half an hour. Reduce heat and simmer for half an hour. The soup is thick and milky white. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence. You can also add some white pepper

Transfer the stewed soup to a small pot, add a few slices of carrots, cabbage, vermicelli and cook, add seasonings
