Egg Sandwich
Overview
Sometimes people's taste buds are not as indulgent as they imagine. As long as the taste is just right, simple ingredients are equally popular. But as far as I'm concerned, the simpler ingredients and ingredients mean more focus, which is why I'm so nervous when posting any simple recipes. I use a simple brain to cook seemingly simple dishes, but if the food tastes unsatisfactory and I get angry, I will inevitably try to be mysterious. Haha, it doesn't matter. I will try my best to summarize the key points for your reference. If you have a better way, please tell me so that I can share it with more friends.

Steps
-
Heat the eggs in cold water. After boiling, half-open the lid and turn to medium-low heat to maintain a slight boil. You can keep the egg yolk slightly viscous (8 minutes) or fully cooked (10 minutes). After taking it out of the pot, rinse it with cold water for a while and peel off the egg shells for later use. It is not recommended to cook the soft-boiled eggs thoroughly (7 minutes). If they are too sticky, the taste of the sandwich will not be clear enough.
-
Remove the large leaves of lettuce and wash them. Set aside.
-
Chop an appropriate amount of onion into a mixing bowl and add a little salt.
-
Also put the chopped eggs in the mixing bowl. You can also use a food processor. You don't need to chop them too finely to retain some of the texture of the egg whites.
-
Add the mayonnaise and mustard sauce and mix thoroughly (press from the sides to the center while stirring).
-
Mix well and taste. If it feels ok, spread evenly on the bread.
-
Finally, cut off the four sides, add lettuce and cut diagonally into triangles before serving. (The order is to cut the sides, then insert the lettuce and then cut diagonally)
