Rice vermicelli and meat
Overview
This steamed pork is fragrant but not greasy. It can satisfy people who like to eat meat but don’t eat fatty meat. It is an easy-to-make dish. My family likes it very much and makes it almost once a week, haha

For pork belly, I used ready-made pork hind legs at home, cut into pieces about 6 to 7 cm long, 5 cm wide, 1 cm thick and 1 cm square

Add a little salt to the cut pork (you like a heavier taste), cooking wine and light soy sauce, mix well, and let it sit for about thirty minutes

Add the steamed pork powder to the meat and mix it well with your hands. I usually add half a packet of powder to 500 grams of pork

Add the rice flour all over the meat. It is better if it feels slightly wet. If it is too dry, add a little water

Put it into the pressure cooker and let it squirt at medium pressure, then simmer it for about 40 minutes
