Fall in love with White Matcha Madeleine
Overview
I have been in love with all kinds of things lately - White Lovers biscuits, I love my own white chocolate matcha madeleines. Just like you, dip some white chocolate sauce and take a bite of the matcha scented madeleines. It’s a bourgeois afternoon tea time, very pleasant

Preparation work: Melt the butter in heat-insulated water into liquid and set aside. Mix low-gluten flour + baking powder + matcha powder and sift twice and set aside
-
Add the eggs to the caster sugar and mix well with a hand mixer
-
Add milk and vanilla extract and continue stirring
-
Sift the mixed powder that has been sifted twice into the stirred liquid again (step 3) and stir evenly
-
Pour in the melted butter and mix gently with a hand mixer
-
Cover the mixed matcha batter with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least one hour
-
The mold should be anti-sticky (coated with a layer of butter and dusted with flour), and the batter should be put into a piping bag and allowed to warm up to a fluid state
-
Pour in the warmed matcha madeleine batter until the mold is 80% full
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, with upper and lower heat, bake the middle layer at 180 degrees for about 12-15 minutes, take it out of the oven and let it cool on a wire rack
-
Melt the white chocolate in a melting pot with insulated water (the temperature should not exceed 50 degrees) to form chocolate sauce
-
Matcha madeleine is dipped in a little white chocolate sauce and sprinkled with an appropriate amount of decorative sugar for decoration
