  1. Remove the oil from the fish intestines, cut them and wash them. Use wine and salt to hold them for a while, then rinse them with water four or five times and cut them into about one inch length.

  2. Wash the cod liver and cut into one centimeter width.

  3. Mix the fish intestines, liver, cornstarch, pepper, salt, white wine, fish sauce, chicken essence and coriander granules in a deep plate and place ginger slices on top.

  4. Steam over high heat for eight to ten minutes.

  5. Take out the ginger slices and sprinkle with chopped green onion!
