Cumin grilled shrimp
Overview
The grilled shrimps on skewers are something you won’t get tired of eating, and they will leave you with endless aftertaste. If you like to drink beer, this is a great dish to go with drinks. I believe everyone of all ages will like it.

Wash the shrimps, trim off the whiskers, and cut a small slit on the back of the shrimps for easy marinating.

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper, cumin powder, pinch and marinate for 20 minutes. (The marinade can be added or subtracted according to personal taste)

After marinating, use clean bamboo skewers to skewer all the shrimps from the tail, as shown in the picture

Place the skewered shrimp into the baking pan.

Brush all shrimps with a layer of vegetable oil and sprinkle evenly with chili powder. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees in advance.

Put the shrimp into the middle rack of the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
