Rose Apple Pie
Overview
Speaking of pies, I love making my own pie crust. Although it is not as clear-cut as the outer pie crust, the homemade crust is very crispy and tastes good. I love roses, but the flowering period is always short. The rose shape is often applied to food, which not only satisfies the vision but also the taste. A new year and a new beginning.

Steps
-
Cut the butter into small pieces and soften it in the greenhouse, then add the powdered sugar and sift in the flour.
-
Mix softened butter, flour and icing sugar evenly. Knead into fine particles.
-
Add the egg liquid in three portions. Mix the flour evenly, knead it into a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
-
Cut apples in half, core and slice thinly.
-
Pour an appropriate amount of water into the milk pot, add sugar, and heat over low heat. Then add the apple slices and cook until soft, about 1-2 minutes.
-
The soft boiled apple slices are neatly arranged with overlapping edges, and then rolled up one after another into a rose shape. Then pour the milk into the milk pot, heat over low heat and add the white sugar until the sugar is completely melted. Turn off the heat and let the milk cool, then add the egg yolk liquid. Let it cool and then filter it. The egg tart liquid produced this way will taste better.
-
Place the rolled rose apples into the cake mold and set aside.
-
Make the tart crust. Divide the egg tart dough into 30g/piece. Roll into a ball and place into egg tart mold.
-
The egg tart shells are all ready and placed neatly on the baking tray. Then put the previously made roses into the egg tart, and then add an appropriate amount of egg tart liquid.
-
Preheat the oven to 140 degrees for 20 minutes.
