When the oil in the pan is hot, add garlic and stir-fry until golden brown.

Add the dried clove fish and continue to stir-fry. When you smell the fish aroma, add the light soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry.

Add 20ml hot water into the pot and simmer the fish for a while.

When the soup is slightly reduced, add green pepper shreds and stir-fry for 1 minute before serving.

There is no need to add seasonings such as salt or chicken essence, so you can have such a delicious dish.
