Fried eggs with garlic sprouts
Overview
Recently, I have fallen madly in love with garlic sprouts. The tender green leaves make people love them just by looking at them. The dishes they make are light and delicious. I usually use it to scramble eggs, stir-fry dried tofu, and as I posted a while ago, I use it to wrap wontons.

Cut the garlic sprouts into sections.

Beat the eggs, pour in a little cooking wine and stir evenly.
