Peanut Butter Toast--With Ham Sausage
Overview
West Toast is one of the most common snacks in Hong Kong tea restaurants, referred to as West Toast. It is said that this dessert was introduced from France, so West Toast is also called French Toast.

Ingredients: 2 slices of toast, one egg, appropriate amount of peanut butter.

Cut off the toast.

Spread a layer of peanut butter.

Then cut it diagonally to form a triangle

Beat the eggs and dip the sliced bread into the egg mixture. (Dip both sides)

Heat oil in a pan and add bread slices. Fry one side until golden brown, then fry the other side until golden brown and serve on a plate. Cut the ham sausage in half and fry it in a pan (I forgot the picture above)
