Stir-fried Pork with King Oyster Mushroom

Cut the meat into shreds and marinate it with starch and dark soy sauce for a while

After slicing the king oyster mushrooms, blanch them in boiling water

Put appropriate amount of oil into the pot

When the oil is 70% hot, add shredded pork and stir-fry. Make sure the fire is medium-low to make the meat tender. High heat will make it easier to cook. Add slices of ginger to remove the fishy smell

When the shredded pork is mature, add the king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry, add salt and thirteen spices,

Add light soy sauce and stir-fry over medium heat until the king oyster mushrooms are golden brown. Pay attention to the heat and don’t add water!
