Tomato scrambled eggs
Overview
This dish was the first dish I learned to make many years ago when I couldn't even cook rice. It's simple, delicious, and nutritious. These are my evaluations of it. Like some people, there is a sincere and down-to-earth heart underneath the simple appearance.

Steps
-
Wash the tomatoes and eggs, and dry the instant noodles.
-
Make a shallow cross cut on the skin of the tomatoes, add water to a pot and boil until the skins are soft and can be peeled off.
-
Peel off the skin of the cooked tomatoes and cut them into desired shapes.
-
Beat the eggs until they cannot be picked up with chopsticks, which means that the egg whites and egg yolks are mixed evenly.
-
Heat oil in a pot, fry the eggs over medium heat, set aside.
-
Leave a little oil in the pot and sauté the cut tomatoes until they soften slightly and a little tomato juice oozes out.
-
Pour in the fried eggs, stir-fry with tomatoes for a while, and add an appropriate amount of salt according to personal taste.
