Condensed Milk Cranberry Shredded Buns
Overview
A very delicious hand-pulled bread. When baking, some dried cranberries and almond slices are sprinkled on top. A hollow mold is used to make the bread, which makes it feel evenly baked.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put the other ingredients except butter into the bread bucket and knead the dough
-
After forming a dough, add small pieces of butter and continue kneading the dough
-
It took 2 programs and 40 minutes to knead the dough until it was complete
-
Let the kneaded dough ferment for 1 hour until it doubles in size. I still use a bread machine
-
Take out the dough and deflate it, then place it on the kneading mat to rest for 15 minutes
-
Soak the cranberries in white rum for 20 minutes in advance
-
Place condensed milk 2 and butter 2 in the microwave for 20 seconds, stir evenly to form condensed milk butter sauce
-
Roll the rested dough into a rectangular shape
-
Spread the condensed milk butter sauce evenly on the dough
-
Sprinkle with dried cranberries
-
Use a knife to cut the dough into several even pieces
-
Place it vertically into a hollow mold. If it is not non-stick, it is best to brush it with a layer of butter
-
Place the mold in the oven to ferment at low temperature for 50 minutes. Mine fermented until the mold was full
-
Brush the dough with the remaining condensed milk butter sauce and sprinkle with dried cranberries and slivered almonds
-
After preheating the oven, bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes
-
After baking, remove from the mold. After cooling, you can sprinkle a little more powdered sugar for decoration and seal to store
