Scoop a spoonful of Oreo powder into a cup.
-
Use the bean dregs squeezer in this soymilk maker to flatten the biscuits. This is easier to use than a rolling pin, and it is the perfect size inside the cup.

There should be as much cream as there is cookie dough.

Spread another layer of biscuit powder and use the small prop to gently flatten the biscuit powder. A layer of biscuits, then a layer of whipping cream, and so on until the entire cup is covered.
-
Loosely sift a layer of biscuit powder over the top layer.

Decorate with mint leaves, it’s so pretty! Place in the freezer of the refrigerator and freeze for more than an hour before serving.
