Ingredients
Steps
-
Add a little salt to 220 grams of flour and add 3 eggs (2 were too dry and I added 1 later). The farm-raised eggs I added were a bit small. The 220 grams of flour was about the same as 3 eggs. It felt a bit dry. When kneading the dough, wet your hands with water and the dough was just right.
-
Cover the dough and let it rest for about an hour
-
Use a mold to carve out a circle shape. If you don't have a mold, you can use other small round caps instead.
-
After waking up for about half an hour, you can knead the dough a few more times to make it softer
-
Take out the dough and knead it thoroughly and then roll it into a thin dough, so that the dough will be more flexible.
-
Then use chopsticks to pinch it in the middle.
-
Cut out the bow shape.
-
You can make more at one time and store it in the refrigerator.
