Have all ingredients ready. Remove the heads, intestines, shells and tails of the prawns, cut the celery into diagonal slices, soak the dried mushrooms in warm water until soft, wash and cut into small pieces, and slice the garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, add mushrooms and stir-fry for a few times.

Add water and a little soy sauce, cook until the juice is reduced and remove first.

Add hot oil to the pot, add garlic slices and saute until fragrant.

Add the prawns.

Fry the shrimps for a few times until they change color, then add the celery and fried mushrooms.

Add a little hot water and stir-fry over high heat. Stir well, add appropriate amount of salt to reduce the juice, and serve.
