Today is Valentine's Day, so it doesn't matter to us! Just looking for an excuse to eat! It’s the most economical way to make it at home. I got 2 small Boston lobsters, peeled off the meat from the lobster’s large claws and mixed it with cabbage for salad!

  1. After the lobster is cooked, remove the claws and crush them with tools

  2. Peel the meat out of the lobster claws

  3. Add 10 grams of Italian salad dressing, cracked black pepper and lemon juice to the lobster meat and mix well

  4. Wash one cabbage and cut all into four

  5. Use a plane to grate the cabbage into shreds

  6. Make a sauce using 20 grams of Thousand Island dressing, 20 grams of Italian salad dressing and 15 grams of salad dressing

  7. Pour the sauce into the shredded cabbage and mix well

  8. Arrange the lobster meat and cabbage salad on the plate
