Dried pickled pork buns with pickled vegetables

Add yeast to flour and sugar and mix well.

Add warm water and knead into a dough of moderate hardness, seal and ferment for 90 minutes.

After fermentation is complete, take it out and knead to release air.

Divide into evenly sized portions.

Take one side and roll it into a round shape, add an appropriate amount of dried braised pork with pickled vegetables and wrap it into buns.

Wrap the others one by one, put them in a steamer and let them rise for 15-20 minutes. Steam them in cold water for 20 minutes and simmer for 5 minutes. It's done.

When the time is up, open the lid and the buns are ready (ignore the ugly buns, they taste great).
