Prepare the ingredients (make the mung bean filling yourself in advance)

Then dip the mung bean cake dipped in flour into some egg liquid (put white sugar and a little starch in the egg liquid)

Then cover the baking sheet with tin foil, arrange the mung bean cakes neatly, and then put them in the oven

Just heat the oven to 200° and bake for 20 minutes
