Steps

1. 1 Weigh the raw materials and set aside

   

2. 2 Put the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar in batches, and beat until evenly mixed. Add honey and mix well.

   

3. 3 Mix baking soda with 10g water and pour it into the egg bowl

   

4. 4 Sift the flour into the eggs

   

5. 5 Add the remaining 30g of water and stir evenly

   

6. 6 Heat the pan without adding oil. Use a small spoon to drop the dough into small round cakes.

   

7. 7 Add bean paste or your favorite filling jam in the middle.
