Tomato Sauce Potato Roulade
Overview
I also saw this dish made by others, and I thought it was very creative, and it could completely look like real pork ribs. Try making it yourself, it tastes sweet and sour, not greasy, suitable for all ages, it’s delicious!

Steps
-
Prepare ingredients: pork, potatoes (medium size)
-
Cut the pork into thin slices about 1 mm thick and about 4 cm wide. (Fresh meat is difficult to cut, so I usually put the meat in the refrigerator in advance)
-
Cut the potatoes into strips about 5 cm long.
-
Take a potato strip and a piece of meat, wrap the potato strip with the meat and roll it up.
-
That's how it works.
-
Fully prepared potato roulade.
-
Roll the meat rolls in starch until fully covered with starch.
-
Do it in sequence.
-
Put corn oil in the pot, and when it is 70% hot, add the meat rolls without turning them.
-
After frying for about a minute, the meat rolls will be set and can be flipped back and forth.
-
After frying for about two minutes, you can pick it up and heat the oil for a second frying.
-
Re-fry for about a minute.
-
Remove and drain the oil and set aside.
-
In a separate pot, add oil, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, add tomato paste and stir-fry, add a little water, sugar, soy sauce and salt and bring to a boil.
-
Add the fried potato rolls and stir-fry quickly so that the soup evenly coats the rolls.
-
Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
-
Sweet and sour, delicious and not greasy!
