Homemade Pork Floss
Overview
The exam was finally over and I felt much more relaxed. I like to eat meat floss. I think it is very fragrant. It is very good to make meat floss bread. It is also a good choice to make other kinds of snacks. I have seen many ways to make meat floss. It has been around for a long time. There are many ways to make meat floss. Recently, I have seen many people using bread machines to make meat floss. I really want to try it. I do have a bread machine, but since I moved in with my Kenwood, my bread machine has been dragged back to my parents’ house, haha! I haven’t tried using a bread machine to make meat floss, but I have made bread and found that the temperature cannot be controlled, the time is too long, the strength is not enough, and the taste will be a bit dry. I will try it with a bread machine next time in Panyu and share the bread machine version of meat floss. I haven’t seen anyone use a chef’s machine with an oven to make it, so I’ll give it a try. I have been baking for so long, and I am really not an ordinary baker. Maybe I buy more things than others, and I do them more frequently, so the material consumption is relatively large. When I was sorting things out, I found that a bunch of things were still new, and the packaging hadn’t even been unpacked. Fortunately, my uncle didn’t tell me, otherwise I would be embarrassed. Yuki_hotaru (Xiao Wu) non-judgmental mechanics has always told me not to do this or that, so I often do a lot less under her supervision, haha! When Xiao Wu came back, except for using the dough kneading function, I had not unpacked the other accessories. I only opened it when I was making pork floss, haha!
