Overview

A few days ago, I saw Bohui Idol making crispy fried fresh milk, which made us drool. I went out to visit and had it with my daughter once. The taste was really... endless aftertaste! ! I also thought about making it myself when I came back, but I was busy and forgot about it. Now that I saw it, I couldn’t help but make it once. It’s so delicious~~~~

  1. Prepare all the ingredients for the milk paste (Ingredients A)

  2. Place in a basin and mix evenly

  3. Then heat over low heat, stirring while heating

  4. Heat until thick and remove from heat

Pour it into a plate (preferably a covered plastic box, grease it with oil before pouring it in, I don't have it here), let it dry, put it in the refrigerator and freezer for 30 minutes to solidify, and then take it out (I made it at night and froze it until the second day before taking it out to fry~)

  6. Mix all the ingredients B for hanging paste (the original recipe says to add baking powder, but I didn’t) and adjust to a thick paste. Don’t make it too thin, otherwise it won’t hang

  7. Take out the custard and cut it into pieces, and coat each piece evenly with batter

  8. After the oil is 70% hot, put it in and fry (I was so busy frying that I forgot to take pictures~)

  9. If the surface is slightly yellow, you can take it out and eat it in the oil control plate. Eat it while it’s hot
