Stir-fried Pork Neck with Double Melon
Overview
The vegetables in the pot are all grown by myself. This year, white melons and cucumbers are growing very well, and the peppers are not far behind. I stir-fry cucumbers and white melons together. The skin of the white melon is very thin, so there is no need to peel it. The skin of the cucumber is peeled, so it looks similar to the color of the white melon.
