Milk Crispy Meal Bun
Overview
The bread you make yourself is delicious. I especially like the crispy base of the honey school bread. It’s so fragrant and crunchy that you can’t stop eating it. The meal bag I made this time was the same crispy base recipe, using whole milk and corn oil. I originally wanted to make it for breakfast, but it was almost eaten by the evening. Haha, it looks like I will make more next time.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put 50g of egg liquid, milk, corn oil, salt and sugar into a bread bucket.
-
Sift in the flour and add the yeast. Start the bread machine dough mixing program.
-
Make up after 30 minutes. Let rise at room temperature until doubled in size.
-
After about 1 hour, take it out to deflate and let it rest for 10 minutes.
-
Divide into 6 powders evenly and roll into balls.
-
Put sesame seeds, sugar and flour in a ratio of 1:1:2. Mix well to form bread base. I didn't weigh it, I just grabbed it at will. You can have more, and it will be more fragrant when baked.
-
Dip the small dough into water and then fill it up with the base.
-
Place directly onto the nonstick baking pan. Second awakening
-
Put in the oven at 190 degrees for 15 minutes, cover with tin foil after 5 minutes.
