Fried chicken with crispy bones and onions
Overview
I particularly like to eat chicken crispy bones. I checked that chicken crispy bones are usually stir-fried because I can’t eat chili peppers. Then I thought about my husband’s favorite food: onions. I always stir-fry various dishes with onions, so I tried stir-fried chicken crispy bones with onions. It was a great success. My husband and I both love to eat it. My husband also praised me for my great cooking skills

Heat a pan with oil without using too much oil and fry the crispy chicken bones until golden brown

Pour in the soy sauce and let it infuse for another minute

Stir-fry the onions for a few times, add oyster sauce, salt, thirteen-spice dark soy sauce and adjust the color

Then add a little water and cover the pot. The crispy chicken bones must be covered and simmered for a while before they are cooked

Then reduce the heat over low heat and add MSG and it’s ready
