  2. Dice the green onion leaves and cut the Thai pepper into rings.

  3. Cut tofu into small pieces, put in salt water, boil for 2-3 minutes, remove and set aside

  4. Beat the eggs in a small bowl, add the golden sauce, and stir evenly.
