Prepare the apricots and wash them

Remove core and cut into small pieces

Add sugar

Pour into a basin, mix well and marinate for about an hour until the soup is ready

After boiling, turn to low heat and add rock sugar, simmer slowly, stirring constantly to prevent sticking to the pot, until it becomes sticky, about 40--50 minutes
