Stir-fried pumpkin with garlic
Overview
My photography skills are really not very good, so everyone just looked at it casually. The lights at home are not very bright, so the next few photos were taken with a flashlight. I hope you don’t mind. In fact, I have been debating whether to post it or not all night. I felt that the photo was not good, but I finally decided to post it. I hope you all like it. Anyway, food is the most powerful, we all care about presentation, right!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the pumpkin and cut into pieces; peel the garlic and cut into small pieces; add a little salt and a little soy sauce.
-
Heat the pan, pour in lard (or peanut oil, but lard is more fragrant), add garlic, and stir-fry a few times.
-
Stir-fry the garlic to release the flavor, add the pumpkin and stir-fry until both sides are slightly golden.
-
Then pour about half a bowl of water without covering the surface of the pumpkin, then cover the pot and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes. (It depends on the size of the pumpkin you cut)
-
Stir-fry until the pumpkin is almost out of water and the pumpkin is cooked, add the green onions, finally add salt and soy sauce and stir-fry for a few times.
-
The fried pumpkin with garlic is very sweet and soft, and tastes really good.
