Overview
I'm afraid of getting fat, I'm intolerant of hunger, and I insist on eating no meat. It's really hard to find products on the market that meet my needs...the shredded chicken is too little. So I seriously take "being lazy, greedy, and afraid of getting fat" as a unit when designing my own recipes. After working in the kitchen for many years, I finally found that "Shredded Chicken Salad" completely meets the requirements of this project!

Add chicken breast, onion, ginger, rice wine and cold water to the pot, cook for 10 minutes (lower heat after boiling), turn off heat and simmer for 5 minutes

Insert it with chopsticks and pull it out. If no blood comes out and condenses, it is fully cooked (the picture shows 2 pieces of chicken breast, this article uses 1 piece)

Take out and let cool, tear into thin strips and set aside

Chop the tomatoes, add all the seasonings and mix well
