Overview

My daughter is used to eating milk cake and the like for breakfast, and occasionally I help her change the taste. I happened to have some Korean kimchi at home, so I simply made an egg pancake, which is nutritious and delicious~

Steps

  1. Have all materials ready. Cut ham sausage, green onions, and pickles into small cubes.

  2. Add the minced green onion, diced ham sausage, and diced kimchi into the egg bowl and stir together evenly

  3. Add flour, salt and appropriate amount of water to make a paste.

  4. Grease a flat-bottomed non-stick pan with thin oil, use a small spoon to scoop in the batter and spread it into a round shape. Fry on both sides until golden brown. (I forgot to take pictures while frying)

  5. Take it out of the pan~ My daughter ate it with some ketchup for dipping the fries. Really delicious~
