Coke Chicken Wings
Overview
Legend has it that in a restaurant, the chef accidentally spilled Coca-Cola into the pot of braised chicken wings. Because of time constraints, I had no choice but to bite the bullet and continue. When the chicken wings were mature, the chef discovered that the chicken wings added with cola were more beautiful in color, more tender in texture and had a charming aroma. Customers praised it so much that the chef spread the word and changed the name to Coke Chicken Wings. Coke and chicken wings originally had nothing to do with each other, but when they met by chance, they became a perfect match. It's like love... This dish is simple to make, delicious in taste, bright in color, moderately salty and sweet, and tender in the mouth. It not only retains the aroma of cola but also makes the chicken wings coated in an attractive caramel color. It is loved by everyone.
