Wash the cabbage flowers, break them into small pieces, blanch them in hot water, and set aside. Cut tomatoes into chunks. Shred the green onions.

After the pan is hot, add oil, then add shredded green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add tomato chunks and stir-fry.

Fry the tomatoes until mashed.

Add the blanched cabbage florets and continue to stir-fry.
