Pork floss
Overview
My daughter is going on an autumn outing for the first time in her life. She has to go to another city and her parents cannot accompany her. They are still worried after worrying about it! Worry about safety issues, worry about dietary issues! After talking about safety issues all afternoon, I decided to make some of her favorite meat floss, fearing that she would not feel comfortable eating it outside!

Ingredients
Steps
-
grams of fresh tenderloin, washed and cut into small pieces along the grain.
-
Cook well and cook through. Many posts use star anise and cinnamon to cook it, but I tried it and it didn’t taste very good, so I just cooked it and mixed it with the ingredients later to make it more flavorful and simpler!
-
Add all the ingredients and mix well.

I first microwaved it for ten minutes, so that the water evaporated much faster, and turned it several times during this period. Then put it in a wok, add a little oil and fry until it sizzles.

The taste is very strong, similar to the ones sold outside, but it could be a little less sesame! My daughter likes to eat it when she comes back from school.
