Mix the steamed oil and sifted flour

Add six egg yolks and one whole egg liquid, mix well

Add 60g sugar into six egg whites in three batches and beat until dry peaks form

Pour in one-third of the beaten egg liquid and mix well (do not stir in circles)

Pour in the remaining beaten egg liquid and mix well

Pour the liquid into the mold

Bake over medium-high heat for 7 minutes, then cool and set aside

Whip imported cream with 40g of sugar

Cut the cake base into two parts with a knife, wrap the middle with cream and sprinkle with diced mango. Spread the cream on the entire surface of the cake base and place the fruit on top to shape it.
