-
Pour all ingredients except cocoa powder into the bread machine bucket. Choose to knead and ferment for a total of 1 and a half hours. (If you don’t have a bread machine, you can knead it by hand)
-
Fermented dough
-
Pull it apart into a honeycomb shape and pour out the exhaust gas
-
After deflation, knead into small dough. Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 20 minutes (I made 14, divided into 21 small portions)
-
After it has rested, take one piece of dough and roll it out into a thick middle with thinner edges.
-
Wrap in bean paste filling

-
Put the wrapped dough into a bowl with cocoa powder and coat with cocoa powder.
-
Wrap them in turn, put them in the pot and let them rise for 20 minutes
-
Divide the remaining 7 pieces of dough into 14 small portions to make mushroom pedicles and shape them into droplets.
-
Add the risen mushrooms to the pot with hot water. After 10 minutes on medium heat, turn off the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes
-
After it comes out of the oven, take a mushroom, poke a hole in the bottom with chopsticks, then take the tip of the mushroom pedicle and insert it
