Matcha honeycomb cake

Overview

I got creative today and switched to the whole egg method to make matcha honeycomb pancakes! This is my first time trying out the cake function of an electric pressure cooker. I usually use a rice cooker.

  1. Prepare the ingredients, flour, matcha powder, sugar (two spoons of sugar here), and a little baking powder.

  2. Put one spoon of condensed milk, two spoons of corn oil, and six spoons of yogurt in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.

  3. Four whole eggs,

  4. The large plate is tilted at 45 degrees, beat the eggs with a whisk to make bubbles, add some salt,

  5. Beat it again, add a little white vinegar,

  6. Beat a few more times, put in a small bowl of corn oil condensed milk yogurt liquid,

  7. This is what it looks like when it’s done,

  8. Sift together flour, matcha powder, baking powder, sugar,

  9. Beat well with a whisk.

  10. Put it into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker and shake it a few times. Apply a layer of oil before lining the bottom of the pot.

  11. Press the cake function,

  12. The finished product after thirty or forty minutes. Matcha honey cake!
