Cut mushrooms into small pieces

Cut the anchovy into pieces and marinate with salt and cooking wine for half an hour

Heat the pan over high heat, add a little oil, bring the oil to a boil, add the chicken, stir-fry until slightly brown, add mushrooms, garlic, and abalone juice. Cover and simmer for ten to fifteen minutes. Fry briefly halfway through.
