Dragon fruit pudding

Dragon fruit pudding

Overview

Dragon fruit, especially the red-heart pitaya, is rich in anthocyanins and gelatinous plant protein, which is particularly effective in improving immunity and expelling toxins. It also tastes sweeter than the white-heart pitaya. The three-color dragon fruit pudding is mixed with mellow milk, which makes the pudding taste smoother. It is a particularly pleasing dessert, perfect for entertaining friends.
