  1. A piece of tofu, cut into about 1.5cm square pieces.

  2. Boil in lightly salted water for 5 minutes.

  4. Chop green onions and coriander

  5. Slowly fry the tofu in hot oil in a wok. .

  6. Fry until the tofu instant noodles are slightly burnt. Pour in half a spoonful of soy sauce and salt. A spoonful of oyster sauce. Add a bowl of water. Bring to a simmer.

  7. When the water is almost simmered, add the onions and coriander.
