Three bean soy milk
Overview
Today I used adzuki beans, mung beans and black beans to make soy milk. Mung beans are a commonly used ingredient for clearing away heat and relieving heat in summer. Adzuki beans can diuretic, reduce swelling, and have diuretic effects. Although black beans have no heat-relieving function, black beans strengthen the spleen and kidneys and have relatively high nutritional value. Mung beans and adzuki beans are both cold and cool. The addition of black beans can offset their coldness to a certain extent, and the food nutrition is more balanced. It can not only clear away heat and heat, but also strengthen the spleen and remove dampness.
