Bean cake
Overview
It’s the season to eat tender peas again. When I was a child, I especially liked to eat this pea cake. A special treat for five cents. Childhood memories of pea cakes.

First, we wash the tender peas. We must use fresh tender peas for this. Add allspice, salt, peppercorns, cornstarch and flour.

Break in an egg.

If you have crispy fried chicken powder at home, add a little more for a crispier texture. We add a little water to it and mix it evenly.

Put oil in pan. Spread this prepared batter into a cake shape. Turn on medium heat!

Let it set.

Fry slowly over low heat until fully formed. Flip and fry again.

Remove from pan and set aside to cool completely. Only then can it be cut.

Cut into any shape you like and enjoy!
