Soak the peeled mung beans in water overnight, drain the water and steam them in a steamer

Crush mung beans with a rolling pin

Cut the butter into small pieces and mince the plum meat

Heat the butter in a non-stick pan

Put the mung bean puree and plum meat into the pot and stir-fry over low heat

After cooling, add honey and stir evenly. Use your hands to squeeze the mung bean balls into a uniform weight. Use a grinder to press out the shape.

One mung bean cake is 30 grams. I made 18 pieces in total. My son ate two when I took the photo
