Red bean roll bread (oven-baked red bean roll bread, super simple~)
Overview
The bean paste that I didn't use up last time will be used to make bean paste roll bread today. It's sweet and has a slightly milky taste.

Steps
-
Ingredients: 400g high-gluten flour, 25g butter, 4g yeast, 1 egg, 2g salt, 20g sugar, 170g milk, appropriate amount of bean paste filling.
-
Put all the ingredients except the butter bean paste filling into the bread bucket and select the custom dough mixing program and mix for 40 minutes.
-
Stir for 15 minutes and add butter.
-
Let rise until the dough doubles in size. (Ferment for 30-40 minutes)
-
Divide into 6 portions.
-
Roll out the dough and add appropriate amount of bean paste filling.
-
Wrap the bean paste filling.
-
Roll out into a rectangle. Use a knife to make diagonal cuts on it. Be careful not to scratch too hard, as long as you can see the bean paste.
-
Roll up the dough from the sides into a small circle.
-
Place it on a baking sheet. Mine is a non-stick baking sheet, so I don’t put tin foil.
-
Brush the surface with a layer of egg wash.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes, with the upper and lower tubes at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
-
