Dried apples

Dried apples

Overview

During the Chinese New Year, a lot of apples are left at home and no one eats them, so use them to make dried apples, which will be eaten up in a short time. The dried apples I made are crispy on the edges and slightly moist in the middle, two textures, delicious!
