Dried apples
Overview
During the Chinese New Year, a lot of apples are left at home and no one eats them, so use them to make dried apples, which will be eaten up in a short time. The dried apples I made are crispy on the edges and slightly moist in the middle, two textures, delicious!

Soak the apples in water mixed with salt and wash them for a while

Slice the washed apples with the skin on (you can also peel them)

Add an appropriate amount of sugar to a pot of boiling water and cook the apple slices until slightly soft, about 10 minutes

Dry off the water

Arrange the apple slices on the grill and place in a hot oven at 150 degrees

Every 30 minutes or so, take out the apples and flip them, let them dry until they are warm, then put them back in the oven and bake them again until the moisture content is only about 10%
