-
Melt the butter into a liquid by insulating water (or heat it into a liquid using an induction cooker or microwave, but be careful to control the time), then let it cool to room temperature and set aside.
-
Add powdered sugar to butter liquid and stir until completely combined.
-
Peel the zest from half an orange with a paring knife.
-
Pour into the butter liquid and mix well.
-
Sift low-gluten flour, mix with baking powder, add eggs, do not stir yet, set aside.
-
Pour the room temperature butter liquid into the egg batter and mix into a uniform batter.
-
After letting it sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes, pour it into a piping bag and cut a small opening in the front of the bag.
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 10 minutes. Pour the batter into a mini madeleine mold (about a plate and a half), fill it to 90%, put it in the oven, and bake for 20 minutes. Just take it out and demold it.
